We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, financial planning, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and applicable statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and management reports.

- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory documents.

- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management.

- Develop and implement effective financial controls, accounting procedures,



and risk management practices.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement in financial processes.

- Lead and guide the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications

- M.Com with CA qualification.

- 8–9 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role.

- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
