Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager / GL Lead to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance coordination, and investment reconciliation across a multi-entity family office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting, General Ledger, month-end closures, and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Handle accounting for individuals, private trusts, LLPs, and private limited companies.
- Lead multi-entity consolidation, inter-company reconciliations, and financial MIS reporting.
- Coordinate income tax, TDS, GST (where applicable), statutory audits, and regulatory compliances.
- Manage investment accounting and reconcile portfolios across equity, mutual funds, deposits, and other investments.
- Review external consultants’ work and ensure timely closure of accounting and compliance matters.
- Drive accounting digitisation, automation, process improvements, and internal controls.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 8–10 years of relevant experience in GL, accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Strong practical knowledge of individual, trust, LLP, and company accounting.
- Experience in a family office, wealth management, investment holding structure, or complex multi-entity setting preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in Tally, Advanced Excel, consolidation, and reconciliations.
- Strong ownership, analytical skills, integrity, and ability to work independently.
