Job Title : FINANCE MANAGER - PROJECT FINANCE & CASH FLOW Experience: 4 Years Experience Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore - Work From WFFO Industry: Real Estate / Property Development Employment Type: Full-Time .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Prepare and monitor project-wise cash flow statements, fund requirements and financial forecasts. *Track collections, receivables, project expenses, vendor payments and upcoming financial commitments. *Prepare project budgets, cost analysis, profitability reports and budget-versus-actual statements. *Identify funding gaps and support fundraising through banks, NBFCs and financial institutions. *Prepare financial projections, funding proposals, CMA data and project reports, as applicable. *Coordinate with lenders, consultants and internal teams for funding documentation, disbursements and compliance. *Monitor fund utilization and highlight cash-flow risks, cost overruns and financial gaps to management. *Prepare regular financial MIS covering cash flow, collections, expenses, project profitability and funding status. *Work closely with Accounts, Sales, CRM and Project teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely collections.



*Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for project planning and business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS: *4 years of experience in real-estate finance, project finance, financial planning or cash-flow management. *Strong understanding of project-wise cash flows, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. *Experience in funding proposals, lender coordination and financial modelling will be preferred. *Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting and MIS. *Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. *CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance at a relevant finance qualification preferred. *Identify, onboard, and manage current channel partners *Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from channel network *Conduct regular training and provide marketing support to partners Analyze market trends and competitor channel strategies REQUIREMENTS: *Strong leadership and people management skills *Proven track record in high-value real estate sales *Excellent network and relationships in the Bengaluru real estate market *Strategic thinking and business acumen
