Qoncil is looking for motivated B.Com and MBA freshers who want hands-on experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and the development of finance automation applications. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world finance processes while contributing to technology solutions that improve financial efficiency and accuracy.

Position Details

- Position: Finance Intern
- Company: Qoncil Private Limited
- Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Eligibility: B.Com / MBA freshers

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Support internal audits, vouching, verification, documentation, and other audit-related activities.
- Work with accounting data, financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Participate in building finance automation applications and tools.
- Test finance applications by validating calculations, checking outputs, identifying errors, and documenting bugs.
- Assist in preparing Excel reports, MIS statements, and other financial analysis.
- Work with the team to identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting and finance processes.




- Perform other finance and audit-related tasks as assigned.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with Tally and Microsoft Office tools , especially Excel.
- Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in accounting technology, financial automation, and software testing.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
