Finance Head / Business CFO – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to manage end-to-end finance operations for a leading electronics manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, profitability, manufacturing costing, working capital, compliance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Monitor product costing, BOM costing, inventory and manufacturing costs.
- Analyse customer-wise and product-wise profitability.
- Drive working capital, receivables, payables and cash-flow optimisation.
- Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance, audits and internal controls.




- Develop MIS dashboards and financial performance reports.
- Partner with management on pricing, cost reduction and business decisions.
- Lead finance and accounts teams and improve ERP processes.

Candidate Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of plant finance, product costing, inventory and working capital.
- Experience in electronics, EMS or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical and commercial decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
