Responsibilities

The Business Analyst partners closely with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to understand business problems, explore needs and shape effective outcomes. Using strong engagement, facilitation, analysis, process modelling and requirements management skills, the role builds shared understanding, challenges assumptions and connects business and delivery teams to achieve measurable value.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior business and IT leaders.
- Solid facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and discussions that uncover needs,



encourage participation and build agreement.
- Demonstrable experience exploring business problems, challenging assumptions and identifying underlying needs before defining requirements or solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify root causes and present clear recommendations.
- Practical knowledge of business analysis techniques, including business situation analysis, process modelling, requirements management and option assessment.
- Experience working in structured delivery environments, such as Agile or DevOps, and collaborating with delivery teams through iterative change.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or similar ecosystems.
