Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Admin (Accountant) to manage daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience and knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales and purchase entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Track expenses, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.




- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing.
- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of financial records.
- Support general office administration and finance-related activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance administration.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Robust attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
