Job Summary

PropSecure is looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to visit client locations, monitor ongoing site activities, inspect land conditions, and provide regular updates to the office team through photographs and reports. The candidate will ensure that assigned site work is progressing properly and that any issues are reported promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client locations regularly to inspect land and monitor site activities.

Check the status of land cleaning, fencing, surveillance, and other assigned work.

Take clear photographs and videos of the site during every visit and share them with the office team.

Provide daily updates on work progress, site conditions, and pending activities through WhatsApp or other reporting channels.

Verify that completed work meets the required standards and client expectations.

Identify and report issues such as damaged fencing, unauthorized access, waste accumulation, or delays in work.

Coordinate with workers, contractors, clients, and the internal operations team whenever required.

Maintain records of site visits, photographs, observations, and work progress.





Escalate urgent issues to the management team and follow up until they are resolved.

Ensure all assigned sites are visited as per the planned schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

SSLC, PUC, or any relevant qualification.

Previous experience in field supervision, site inspection, security, facility management, or operations is preferred.

Ability to use a smartphone to take photographs, record videos, share live locations, and send updates.

Valuable observation, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to travel to different client locations.

Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently.

A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely completion of scheduled site visits.

Daily submission of site photographs and progress reports.

Accurate identification and reporting of site issues.

Regular monitoring of assigned client locations.

Timely follow-up on pending work and reported issues.

Working Requirements

Field visits to multiple client locations as assigned.

Daily reporting to the Operations Manager.

Regular communication with the office team regarding site status and issues

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
