We are looking for a responsible and experienced Field Work Superintendent to manage and supervise daily field operations for our outdoor advertising agency. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating hoarding installation, flex mounting, site inspections, vendor management, and ensuring that all advertising work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily fieldwork related to hoardings, flex printing, mounting, and installation.

- Coordinate with field workers, printing vendors, and installation teams.

- Visit advertising sites to inspect work quality and installation progress.

- Ensure timely execution of outdoor advertising campaigns.

- Monitor hoarding locations and verify that advertisements are properly installed and maintained.

- Manage manpower and allocate daily fieldwork to the team.

- Take site photographs and share daily work progress reports with the office.

- Coordinate with the office team regarding site availability,



installation schedules, and work completion.

- Handle field-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain records of site visits, completed work, and pending installations.

- Ensure workers follow safety procedures during installation and mounting activities.

Requirements

- Previous experience in field operations, outdoor advertising, hoardings, or flex installation is preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of hoarding installation and mounting work.

- Ability to manage field workers and coordinate with vendors.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to different sites across Pune and nearby areas.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
