Job Role & Description

- Job Role: Field Salesman – Fluted Panels (Decor/Wallpaper/Ceiling Channel)

- Key Responsibilities:

- Visit 8–12 decor shops, wallpaper shops, and ceiling/POP contractors daily on an assigned route — no desk time.

- Pitch fluted panels using catalogue and physical samples; explain product, finish options, and pricing.

- Leave samples/catalogue at shops that show interest; note follow-up date.

- Collect shop owner/contractor contact details and feed into the CRM.

- Follow up on pending leads by call or revisit until the order closes or is marked dead.

- Take and forward orders to the office/warehouse for dispatch — doesn't handle billing or delivery himself.

- Report daily visit count, new contacts added, and orders closed to his reporting manager (retail side).





- Build repeat relationships — revisit closed shops periodically to push repeat/bulk orders and current SKUs.

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

- Other Requirements: Sales background (paint/hardware/tiles counter sales, or similar)

- Experience (Years): 3 to 10 years

- Age (Years): 22 to 30 years

- Monthly Pay: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000

- Travel Allowance: yes [ 3500/-]

- Week Off: Sunday

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

- Work Location: WFO (Work From Office)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
