QUALIFICATION:-B.Sc. (Agri), Diploma in Agriculture.
AT-LIST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FIELD SALES, SPECIFICALLY IN THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have a strong understanding of the pesticide products.
Find potential dealers and distributors to convert them into buyers.
Reach out to recent and existing customers to understand their needs.
Highlight key features and benefits of the company's products.
Analyze costs and customer requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Negotiate prices and terms to close deals successfully.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback for future Improvements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
