- Position: Field salesmen-POP contractor

- Department: Sales

- Openings: 2

- Location: Surat- (Residential address preferred near Udhna or Un)

- Monthly Pay: 18,000 to 22,000 INR

- Timing: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM & 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM

- Work Location: WFO (Work From Office)

- Experience Required: 3 to 10 years

- Age: 23 to 30 years

- Minimum Qualification: 8th to 10th pass

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Naka Capture (7–9 AM): Visit assigned chai nakas daily, collect contractor names, mobiles, areas, and current sites. Target is 12–15 verified recent numbers per day.

- Site Visits (Midday): Meet captured contractors at their running sites, show samples, and provide rate cards.

- Evening Closing: Visit POP/gypsum material shops,



meet contractors settling accounts, and push for the first order.

- Data Handover: Send every number via WhatsApp voice note or photo to the back office the same day (no pending entries for tomorrow).

- Follow-up Support: Work closely with the telecaller (she calls, he meets) and own the contact until the first purchase.

- Market Intel: Report which contractor buys from where, at what rates, and what volumes per month.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
