Key Duties &

Responsibilities: Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering units, hospitals, hostels and commercial kitchens to generate business. Identify new customers and develop business opportunities through field sales and direct marketing. Promote commercial kitchen equipment, machinery, utensils and related products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up on enquiries to close sales. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Monitor competitor activities and collect market feedback. Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, product availability and deliveries. Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and sales conversions. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to management.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Plus Two; graduation is preferred.



A qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.

Experience & Skills Required: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development. Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, hotel supplies, industrial equipment or catering equipment sales is an added advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English. Strong customer relationship management and sales follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

Willingness to travel extensively within Trivandrum for customer visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
