Rayonix Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, field sales, and building relationships and want to develop their career in the growing solar and renewable energy industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.

Visit customers and understand their solar energy requirements.

Explain solar panels and solar system solutions to potential customers.

Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Maintain professional communication with customers until deal closure.

Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, site visits, and order processing.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.





Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

✅ Positive communication and convincing skills

✅ Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills

✅ Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings

✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

✅ Freshers are welcome to apply

✅ Previous sales experience will be an advantage

✅ Experience in solar/renewable energy sales will be preferred

Salary & Incentives

₹18,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
