Key Responsibilities

- Visit supermarkets, hypermarkets, premium grocery stores, departmental stores and retail outlets to generate sales.

- Meet purchase managers, store owners and category managers to introduce our products and secure product listings.

- Identify and appoint distributors and authorised dealership partners in assigned territories.

- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp and referrals.

- Present product samples, catalogues, pricing and promotional schemes to prospective customers.

- Negotiate sales orders, retailer margins and promotional activities within company-approved terms.

- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, product listings and repeat orders.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Monitor competitor products, market pricing, customer preferences and new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

- Submit daily field visit reports,



sales updates and customer follow-up reports to management.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, food products, chocolates or confectionery.

- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

- Ability to approach new customers and convert enquiries into orders.

- Knowledge of supermarket sales, retail distribution and dealer networks is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and customer meetings.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, email and WhatsApp Business.

- Self-motivated, responsible and comfortable working towards sales targets.
