Role Overview

We are looking for a Dynamic & Self-Motivated Business Development Executive for Field Sales of our Industrial Maintenance Chemicals and Lubricants range. You will be responsible for developing new clients and managing existing clients across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the industrial sector across Maharashtra.
2. Visit clients regularly for Product Presentation, Demo and Technical Discussion.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
4. Understand client's application and provide right technical solution for our Chemicals & Lubricants.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
6. Prepare Daily Visit Reports, Sales Reports, Market Feedback and Competitor Analysis.
7. Extensive field travelling across Maharashtra.Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience:



1-2 Years of experience in Industrial Field Sales is mandatory (Experience in Lubricants, Industrial Chemicals, MRO, Welding Consumables will be preferred)
- Must have good understanding of Industrial Sales Cycle
- Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
- Must be ready for extensive field work across Maharashtra
- Should have his own bike will be preferred
- Self-motivated, Target-oriented and Passionate for Sales
