Nature Tree India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Officer (FSO) to expand its dealer network and drive sales growth in Hoshangabad and nearby market areas.

The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer development, and customer relationship management, preferably in the paints, hardware, building materials, or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new paint dealers, hardware stores, and building material retailers.
- Promote Nature Tree Paints products, schemes, offers, and new product launches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on sales orders, outstanding payments, and collections as per company policy.




- Ensure product availability and improve market penetration across the assigned territory.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in paints, hardware, building materials, or FMCG.
- Proven ability to develop dealer networks and generate business through field visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hoshangabad and nearby areas.
- Basic smartphone and sales reporting skills.
