Candidate Profile

- Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.

- Industry Preference: We prefer candidates with experience in home hardware, sanitaryware, door fittings, plywood, architectural hardware, power tools, electrical goods, building materials, industrial hardware, or related industries.

- Other Requirements:

Must own a suitable vehicle, hold a valid driving licence, and be self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular field visits.

- The candidate should be willing to travel regularly for customer visits and business development.

3. Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and expand the dealer and distributor network.





- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across the assigned territory.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, develop new accounts, and follow up on sales enquiries.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

4. Compensation

- Fixed Salary:

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.

- Performance Incentives:

Additional incentives based on sales performance.

- Travel Allowance:

Provided separately.
