About the Role

We are looking for Highly motivated and Self-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. The role would provide you continues and rigorous training in Communication, Leadership and Management program by Industry Experts while you get hands on experience in Sales. EARN while you LEARN!!!

Key Responsibilities

· Take ownership of the sales and marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and business growth through direct sales efforts and targeted marketing campaigns.

· Build solid customer relationships and maintain a high standard of service.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and development program.

· Develop leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Eventually take responsibility for training and managing a team.
