Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 in-hand per month

Job Responsibilities

- Drive field sales and promote paint products.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
- Generate recent business and develop market relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain dealer relationships and ensure product availability.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in field sales, dealer sales, or FMCG/building materials/paint sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
