Field Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services to identify potential business clients, conduct face-to-face sales meetings, and promote digital marketing solutions to businesses looking to improve their online presence, generate leads, and increase revenue.

The role involves field visits, direct client interaction, B2B prospecting, understanding marketing requirements, presenting digital marketing services, and converting prospects into paying clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build long-term business relationships through in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential businesses that can benefit from digital marketing services
- Conduct field visits to offices, shops, startups, and commercial establishments to generate business opportunities
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, and Marketing Heads to introduce the company's digital marketing services
- Generate leads through field prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development channels
- Understand client business goals, target audiences, marketing challenges, and lead generation requirements
- Pitch services such as Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, website development, and other solutions offered by the company
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain how digital marketing can improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth
- Present service packages, prepare proposals, share quotations, and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to move sales opportunities forward
- Handle client objections, negotiate commercial terms, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, client interactions,



lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned targets related to field visits, lead generation, client meetings, conversions, and revenue generation
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements after deal closure

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or IT services sales preferred. Experience selling digital marketing packages or advertising solutions will be an added advantage.
