Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Business Acquisition

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Work Location: Ettumanoor, Kottayam, Kerala

SetGo Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our business network and onboard local businesses onto the SetGo mobile app.

The role involves visiting business owners, presenting SetGo's business promotion opportunities, explaining listing packages, and converting potential customers into paid business registrations.

Candidates with experience in insurance sales, field sales, direct sales, financial product sales, telecom sales, or other target-driven sales roles will be given preference.

We are looking for sales professionals who can confidently approach business owners, handle objections, close deals, and consistently achieve maximum sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit shops, business establishments, and service providers in assigned areas.
- Introduce the SetGo app and explain its business visibility and customer acquisition benefits.
- Present business listing packages and convince business owners to join the platform.




- Convert prospects into paid listings and complete the registration process.
- Explain how businesses can promote products, services, offers, and discounts through SetGo.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, registrations, sales, and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in field sales, insurance sales, direct marketing, or target-based sales is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent Malayalam communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with business owners.
- Robust follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
