- Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (Mortgage Loans) through market visits, references, connectors, and channel partners.

- Identify potential customers such as salaried employees, self-employed individuals, and business owners.

- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and repayment terms to customers.

- Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and property-related documents.

- Assess preliminary customer eligibility based on income, credit profile, and repayment capacity.

- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing and approval.

- Conduct customer meetings and property-related follow-ups to facilitate loan disbursement.

- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and other referral partners.

- Follow up on pending applications and resolve customer queries throughout the loan process.

- Achieve monthly sales targets for loan sourcing, approvals, and disbursements.

- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and lead pipelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
