What You Will Do

- Walk into industries, factories, and plants across your region
- Directly pitch Srinivasa Electricals to decision-makers
- Generate strong business leads and convert them into orders
- Build relationships with plant heads, purchase teams, and engineers
- Bring real opportunities — not just reports
- Work closely with our Kakinada head office to close deals
- Take ownership of revenue generation in your territory

- Minimum 2+ years of hardcore field sales experience (industrial preferred)
- You should be comfortable with field work, travel, and rejection
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Self-driven — no one will push you daily
- You should be someone who gets results, not excuses
