You'll play a key role in executing advertising campaigns, supervising on-site activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every campaign is delivered smoothly and on schedule. From pole advertising and hoardings to newspaper insert campaigns, this role offers hands-on experience in real-world advertising operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Campaign Execution: Manage and supervise outdoor advertising campaigns across multiple locations.
- On-Site Installation: Coordinate the installation of pole kiosks, hoardings, and other branding materials.
- Newspaper Campaigns: Oversee newspaper insert activities and coordinate distribution operations.
- Field Monitoring: Visit sites regularly to check campaign progress, installation quality, and execution.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors, printing teams, installation crews, and other field staff.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure advertising materials are installed accurately and within scheduled timelines.
- Planning & Reporting: Organize daily operations, manage schedules, and maintain execution reports.




- Problem-Solving: Handle on-ground challenges and ensure smooth campaign execution.

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working in both day and night shifts as per operational requirements.
- Must own a bike or two-wheeler for field travel.
- Willing to travel across Mumbai and other assigned locations for site visits.
- Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and supervise field teams effectively.
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
