Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Officer to manage labour supply and workforce operations across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing labourers, explaining job responsibilities, ensuring timely deployment, tracking daily attendance, and managing daily wage payments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site, coordinating with labourers and supervisors, travelling between locations as required, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate labour supply and manpower deployment across multiple locations.
- Identify, recruit, and arrange labourers as per project requirements.
- Explain job responsibilities, work requirements, reporting locations, and timings to labourers.
- Ensure labourers are deployed at the assigned sites on time.
- Maintain daily attendance records and monitor workforce availability.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to verify attendance, work schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Manage and coordinate daily wage payments, maintain payment records, and ensure accurate payment tracking.
- Resolve labour-related issues, absenteeism, and workforce shortages promptly.
- Maintain records of labourers, attendance, payments, and deployment details.
- Regularly communicate with management and site supervisors regarding labour availability and daily operations.
- Visit project sites to monitor workforce deployment and ensure smooth operations.




- Arrange replacement labourers when required to avoid work disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field operations, labour management, manpower supply, or workforce coordination.

- Ability to source and mobilize labourers as per project requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
- Ability to manage attendance records and coordinate daily wage payments accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent manpower requirements.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Locations Candidates should be willing to manage labour operations across the following states:

Good to Have
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or manpower supply operations.
- Existing contacts or networks for labour sourcing in the specified states.
- Knowledge of local languages and regional labour markets.
- Experience managing large labour teams and multiple project sites.
- Familiarity with attendance registers, wage records, and basic labour compliance.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
