Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and results-oriented Field Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to support our offline marketing campaigns.

The role focuses on engaging with prospective customers, promoting professional education programs, generating qualified leads, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing and promotional activities at designated locations across Bhopal.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions where outreach is permitted.
- Engage professionally with students and prospective customers.
- Create awareness about professional education and career development programs.
- Communicate program features, benefits, and registration procedures accurately.
- Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and campaign information.
- Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate counselling sessions and follow-up activities.
- Assist prospective customers through the official registration process.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, enquiries, and registrations.




- Collaborate with the campaign team to achieve agreed performance objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face interactions.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
- Prior experience in field marketing, customer engagement, or lead generation is an advantage but not mandatory.
