Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Executive with basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity to handle customer queries, troubleshoot common issues, and provide on-site support.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit customers' locations to resolve Wi-Fi and internet-related issues.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic internet connectivity and router-related problems.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Complete assigned field visits and provide regular updates on work progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, and networking.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and resolve customer queries.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
