Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and confident Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of weighing scale machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair weighing scale machines at customer sites.
- Visit customer locations to resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose machine faults and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally and explain technical problems clearly.
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service reports and records of customer visits.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Solid customer-handling skills and a confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred. Experience: Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
