We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee café operations, manage service and kitchen coordination, supervise staff, and maintain food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily café and food service operations.
- Supervise and train service staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.




- Manage staff duty rosters and work allocation.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and operational costs.
- Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
