Job Summary The F&B; Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and following hotel hygiene and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.

- Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.

- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.

- Set up tables, prepare the restaurant, and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service.

- Ensure timely and courteous service to guests.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

- Follow food safety,



hygiene, sanitation, and grooming standards.

- Assist with buffet setup, restaurant opening and closing duties, and banquet functions as required.

- Prepare and present bills and coordinate payment processing when assigned.

- Maintain proper stock of service equipment and report shortages to the supervisor.

- Follow hotel policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
