- Design and develop new collections of silk sarees, ethnic wear, and related products.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal fashion forecasts.
- Create sketches, patterns, and design concepts using design software or hand drawing.
- Select appropriate silk fabrics, colors, textures, and embellishments.
- Collaborate with weavers, artisans, and production teams to execute designs.
- Monitor the production process to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing teams for product launches.
- Modify and improve designs based on feedback and sales performance.
- Maintain design documentation and records for reference.
