Roles and responsibilities:

Mithra work like Farm Planner and Task monitor.

Role: Enhancing productivity and profitability through integrated cropping systems and livestock management.

Mithra will play a vital role in enhancing the productivity and profitability of farmers through integrated cropping systems and livestock management.

1. Project Management: Plan, monitor, and document activities.
2. Team Supervision: Oversee field teams and coordinate with 5 Sethu. Mithra to work with one Sethu every day.
3. Coordinating agricultural activities to enhance productivity and profitability through integrated cropping systems.
4. Develop Sketch/Farm mapping, collect details of crop & livestock and joint action plans along with Livestock integration between crop and livestock activities in coordination with farmers.
5. Farm Observation: Conduct monthly farm Inspections and provide recommendations. Responsible to do FOR (Farm observation report) every month at each farm, doing recommendation each on monthly basis.
6. Action Plans: Develop and coordinate integrated crop and livestock activities. Responsible for Planning of development activities in the farm. The responsibilities include developing recommendations, and action plans integrating crop and livestock activities in coordination with Sethu and farmers based on Farm mapping, Crop and livestock details and FORs.
7. Training and Guidance: Responsible for train and guide farmers and staff on best practices, while ensuring compliance with organic standards. Train on Agronomy, Farming, dairy management and organic standards.
8. The responsibilities include maintaining proactive relationships with farmers,



ensuring compliance with organic standards, assessing farmer MIS, educating farmers for profitable dairy management, agronomy and Farming.
9. Soil Fertility Management: Implement practices for soil fertility through methods like dung management and composting (NADEP, Heap Method, Slurry, Poultry waste) and training staff and farmers on dairy management practices.
10. Fodder Production: Organize activities and develop Plans of Production (POP). organizing fodder production activities based on soil type and water availability, managing integrated soil fertility
11. Able to train and guide staff and farmers on best dairy management practices such as CMP, CIP, CMT, TMR feeding practices, silage/hay making, organic standards etc.
12. MIS Assessment: Assess and educate farmers on profitable dairy operations.
13. Responsible for Achieving Organization BHAG at farms and BMC level.

a. Farm revenue - > 1Lakh/Month. b. Somatic cell Count Range - < 2Lakh Cells/ml.

c. Standard Plate Count - < 10000 Cfu/ml, Colliform – 0 Cfu/ml d. Aflatoxin in feed and Milk – Negative.

e. Antibiotic in Milk – Negative.

Reporting and feedback: Mithra will be reporting to the Sarathi and will receive critical feedback from the respective Sarathi on regular basis.





Capacity building of Sethu: Mithra will be responsible to increase the working capacities of Sethu, make them understand all operational formalities provide a space for all Sethu’s for self-grooming,

Capacity building of Farmer: Ensuring and organizing farm-level training in coordination with training teams on regular basis to increase farmers capacity on dairy management to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Minimum 5 Years of working experience in NGOs.

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Graduation required. (Associate degree preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with farmers, Collogues and Line managers.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary farmer service

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Physical Requirements:

· Should be willing to Learn, undergo Training and work.

· Should willing to work anywhere in Operational area.

· Should have Two-wheeler, Helmet along with Vehicle documents, Driving License, and Insurance.

· Should have smart phone and able to use and operate all Mobile applications.

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
