VVK Polymers is looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our water tank manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Allocate and monitor work for machine operators and helpers.
- Monitor raw material consumption and control material wastage.
- Check finished products for weight, quality, finishing and defects.
- Monitor machinery and mould conditions and immediately report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production, raw materials, finished goods, rejection and wastage.
- Coordinate finished goods availability, loading and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety and discipline within the factory.
- Monitor worker attendance and productivity.
- Submit daily production,



material consumption, manpower, stock, rejection and downtime reports to management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in factory, production or manufacturing supervision is preferred.
- Good manpower handling and team supervision skills.
- Basic knowledge of production, inventory and stock management.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare daily reports.
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to take ownership of factory operations.
- Candidates from Thanjavur, Budalur and nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Job Type: Full time
