Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of inventory management and stock maintenance.

- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.

- Positive record-keeping, communication, and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive all incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documents against purchase orders (POs) and invoices.

- Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved material indents.

- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and monitor material availability.

- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers between units.

- Update stock registers and ERP/system entries accurately on a daily basis.

- Inform the concerned team immediately about material receipts,



shortages, or discrepancies.

- Ensure all materials are properly stored, labelled, and organized.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.

- Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintain records of all store transactions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
