Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Age: Above 40 years and below 60 years.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of work experience in administrative functions, including record keeping, inventory management and coordination of administrative/facility-related activities. Experience in inventory management shall be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Inventory Management and upkeep of Admin inventory. Maintaining proper records of inward and outward movement of all inventory items pertaining to the Administration Department. Maintaining appropriate inventory records/registers and ensuring their regular updating.

Maintaining records of inward and outward movement of Canteen inventory. Monitoring the availability and movement of Admin inventory and bringing any discrepancy or shortage to the notice of the concerned Administration officials.



Ensuring proper record keeping and accountability of inventory issued/received by the Administration Department.

Facility Management Function as a Facility Manager for day-to-day coordination of facility-related activities. Oversee the work of all Floor Associates deployed at C-DOT. Coordinate with Floor Associates for smooth and timely completion of their assigned activities.

Monitor the day-to-day facility-related work and bring issues requiring intervention to the notice of the concerned Administration officials. Coordinate with the concerned personnel/agencies, wherever required, for smooth functioning of facility services.
