About the Company

Sunflex Sports Infrastructure manufactures and installs wooden sports floors and other court systems across India. We are looking for an honest, active, and responsible person to help manage our daily factory work and material dispatches.

Your Daily Work (Key Responsibilities)

- Manage Factory Workers: Check daily attendance, assign daily work to laborers, and make sure everyone works safely and on time.
- Dispatch Material to Sites: Check orders, pack the correct materials (wood, glue, tools, hardware), and load them properly into tempos or trucks.
- Handle Transporters: Call local drivers and transport companies, arrange vehicles, and ensure materials reach the project sites safely.
- Make Bills & Documentation: Prepare basic Delivery Challans (DC), packing lists, gate passes, and update the stock register.
- Stock & Cleanliness: Keep wood and materials neatly stacked. Count stock regularly to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.

- Active & Enthusiastic: Energetic, ready to solve ground-level problems, and works well with people.
- Languages: Good knowledge of Hindi (to speak with workers and drivers)Marathi also preferred. Basic English reading/writing.
- Basic Computer/Phone Knowledge: Able to make documents, check WhatsApp site requirements, and maintain basic records.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years experience in any factory, warehouse, or dispatch godown.
- Preferred: Experience in wood, timber, plywood, furniture, or flooring is a big plus.
