Job Summary: Looking for a detailed and organized Soft Service Executive to provide on-site coordination and supervision of soft services (housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, landscaping) for retail and commercial facilities across the Western Line. The ideal candidate ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular on-site audits and inspections of soft services.

Supervise and train housekeeping, security, and cleaning staff.

Coordinate and resolve service issues reported by clients and facility users.

Manage and oversee pest control and waste management programs.

Coordinate with external vendors for facade, landscape, and other specialty cleaning.

Ensure all hygiene protocols and safety compliance standards are met.





Maintain accurate records, service schedules, and performance logs.

Travel to multiple locations across the Western Line, Mumbai.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Facilities.

2 to 5 years of experience in soft service management (previous experience in housekeeping, pest control, waste).

Valuable communication and customer service skills.

Valid drivers license for the Mumbai area.
