Job Overview

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Facilitator / Teacher to support children's learning and overall development in a preschool and daycare environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, experienced in conducting engaging activities, and committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, including storytelling, music, art and craft, language development, and motor skills.
- Implement play-based teaching methods to encourage children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Organize circle time, sensory activities, free play, and outdoor activities.
- Observe and document children's learning progress, interests, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
- Assist with daily daycare routines, including meals, diaper changes, nap time, and toilet training, wherever required.
- Maintain a clean, secure, hygienic, and engaging classroom environment.
- Follow child safety guidelines and ensure appropriate supervision at all times.
- Share regular updates on children's activities and progress with parents.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers, caregivers, and the Centre Coordinator.




- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff training, events, and curriculum-related activities.

Requirements

- Graduate degree preferred, with NTT, ECCE, B.Ed., Montessori certification, or relevant qualifications considered an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in preschool, daycare, nursery, kindergarten, or early childhood education preferred.
- Freshers with relevant teaching qualifications may apply.
- Good communication skills in basic English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of storytelling, art and craft, and activity-based learning.
- Additional skills in dance, music, yoga, or sports will be an advantage.
- Patience, creativity, warmth, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow centre policies and safety procedures.

Work Schedule

- Centre operating hours Between : 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Working hours: Any 8 hours per day.
- Rotational shifts as per the centre roster.
