Fabric Cutting In-Charge

Location: Tiruppur

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle and supervise the complete fabric cutting process.
- Plan cutting according to production requirements and fabric availability.
- Ensure accurate fabric spreading, marker placement, and cutting.
- Supervise cutting operators and helpers and allocate daily work.
- Check fabric quality, width, shrinkage, and defects before cutting.
- Minimize fabric wastage and maintain cutting efficiency.
- Ensure correct size, quantity, shade, and fabric according to the cutting plan.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Stores, and Sewing teams.
- Maintain cutting records, bundle details, and daily production reports.
- Ensure proper handling and identification of cut panels/bundles.




- Monitor machine safety, housekeeping, and discipline in the cutting section.

Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in garment/apparel cutting.
- Strong knowledge of fabric spreading, marker planning, and cutting.
- Experience handling cutting teams independently.
- Valuable understanding of garment production processes.
- Ability to manage production targets and minimize fabric wastage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates with Tiruppur garment industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
