We are looking for Fabric Merchandiser to handle fabric orders and coordinate with buyers, mills, processors, weavers and suppliers.Key Responsibilities- Handle fabric sample requirements, lab dips, strike-off and approvals.

- Coordinate with mills, dyeing/processing units and suppliers over phone calls/msg.
- Follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Track orders from PO → Sampling → Production → Processing - Maintain updated order and sample trackers.
- Coordinate customer requirements and resolve order-related issues.

What We Are Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in textiles,



fabrics or textile merchandising.- Understanding of fabrics and textile processes.- Experience in handling woven fabrics will be preferred.- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

I am looking for candidates within a 3 km radius of the company location. Candidates who live farther away may also be considered if they are willing to relocate closer to the office.
