We are looking for a creative and experienced EYFS Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning programmes for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The candidate will be responsible for developing curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, learning resources, assessment tools, and teaching guidelines aligned with the EYFS framework, supporting children's holistic development through play-based and inquiry-led learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and continuously improve the EYFS curriculum for children aged 0–5 years or the relevant early-years age groups.

- Ensure curriculum alignment with the EYFS statutory framework and the seven areas of learning and development.

- Develop curriculum maps, scope and sequence documents, thematic units, lesson plans, and activity guides.

- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate, and play-based learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, physical, social, emotional, language, and communication skills.

- Integrate literacy, numeracy, creative arts, sensory exploration, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional development into learning programmes.

- Develop teaching resources, worksheets, classroom activities,



observation templates, and assessment rubrics.

- Incorporate inclusive teaching strategies to support children with different learning needs and developmental abilities.

- Establish age-appropriate learning outcomes, milestones, and assessment methods to monitor children's progress.

- Collaborate with teachers, academic coordinators, school leaders, and early childhood specialists to ensure effective curriculum implementation.

- Conduct curriculum reviews, classroom observations, and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.

- Provide training and guidance to teachers on curriculum delivery, pedagogical approaches, and effective classroom practices.

- Research current trends and best practices in early childhood education and incorporate relevant innovations into the curriculum.

- Ensure learning materials and activities promote child safety, safeguarding, inclusion, and positive behaviour.

- Maintain curriculum documentation and ensure consistency in learning outcomes across classrooms or school branches.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
