We’re hiring an Export Supervisor to support our growing export operations. This is a hands-on, non-IT role that involves regular visits to supplier locations to coordinate orders, learn the business, and build solid supplier relationships. If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys fieldwork, and wants to grow in international trade, operations, shipments and supply chain operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries and reports
- Handle day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with India, Australia & Singapore offices
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports
- Support supply chain and export operations
- Ensure smooth execution of daily business processes
- Work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Visit and liaise with suppliers regularly to coordinate and follow up on export orders




- Support the existing team with day-to-day export and supply chain operations
- Learn and manage documentation, order tracking, and shipment coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and the internal team in English
- Use tools like Zoho, Excel, and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to stay organized and efficient
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office

Requirements

- Education:
- Any degree; MBA/BBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel regularly to supplier locations
- Comfortable working in a non-IT, field-based operational role
- Calm, composed, and able to get things done without unnecessary fuss
- A genuine team player
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently without reminders
- Experience in any industry is acceptable; Food industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Experience in ZOHO Books or any accounting software is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work on Sunday

Salary & Benefits

- ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
- Minimum 1-month performance-based bonus
