We are looking for an experienced Tally Prime Accountant to manage accounting and financial records for our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Tally Prime, GST, inventory accounting, sales and purchase entries, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Record ecommerce sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers.
- Reconcile ecommerce sales and settlements received from online marketplaces and payment gateways.
- Manage bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
- Handle GST entries, GST reconciliation, and preparation of GST reports.
- Maintain purchase invoices, expense records, and supplier payments.
- Track inventory related accounting and stock records.
- Reconcile marketplace fees, commissions, shipping charges, refunds, and returns.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and profit and loss statements.




- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely accounting updates.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in ecommerce accounting and marketplace settlements is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
