We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented candidate with good system knowledge, documentation skills, and logistics coordination experience to manage invoicing, dispatch documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
- Sales Invoice Processing and Verification
- MIGO Processing and Delivery Documentation
- E-Way Bill and E-Invoice Generation
- GST Knowledge and Invoice Verification
- Strong MS Excel Skills
- Good Typing Speed
- Email Handling and Documentation
- Basic Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge
- Shipment Tracking and POD Follow-up

Key Responsibilities

- Create, verify, and process sales invoices in SAP.
- Handle MIGO processing and delivery documentation.
- Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Track dispatched materials and maintain delivery status records.
- Coordinate with transporters, branches, and customers for POD collection.
- Ensure timely delivery confirmation after invoicing.




- Maintain shipment tracking updates and system records.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Transporter teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and update relevant systems.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and logistics processes.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any stream.
- 02 years of relevant experience; freshers with good system knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
