Must have: Position Overview Info: We are seeking an experienced Executive/Senior Executive with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep business understanding, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisionmaking across the organization.

Required Skills Must Have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must Have: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA) Must Have: Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

Data validation and data management expertise Must Have: Solid attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and stakeholder management Key Responsibilities Must Have: Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Must Have: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights Must Have: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

Must Have: Create dashboards and presentations for management reporting Must Have: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports Must Have: Work closely with cross-functional teams for data requirements Must Have: Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel.
