Role & responsibilities

- Carry out Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment used in an automobile paint shop.
- Troubleshoot faults and errors appearing in Mitsubishi PLC based equipment by understanding the PLC ladder logics.
- Recover Yaskawa / Fanuc robots to home position.
- Teaching of Fanuc & Yaskawa robots.
- Carry out large inverters troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Fault tracing and troubleshooting in a large CC link network.
- Analyzing breakdown data of all paint shop equipment and reviewing / revising maintenance plan to counter repeated & major breakdowns.
- Puts consistent efforts to reduce MTTR, enhance MTBF & increase uptime of paint shop.

Preferred candidate profile Paint shop experience Production, Manpower handling, Work force handling. Maintenance of paint shop equipment.
