Role Description This full-time Executive Retail Branch role at Mahindra Finance is based in Kottarakara and follows a hybrid work model, combining in office branch responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing day-to-day retail branch operations, including transaction processing, documentation, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Executive Retail

Branch will support sales efforts for vehicle, tractor, and other financial products, conduct basic market and customer analysis,



and contribute to retail marketing activities within the local catchment area. The role includes managing customer interactions, resolving service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth branch functioning and achievement of business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Operations skills, including handling branch processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, assess creditworthiness at a basic level, and support business decisions.
- Knowledge of Retail Marketing practices to support local promotional activities and enhance branch visibility.
- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial products (loans, deposits, insurance) and local market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet branch performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools and core banking or loan management systems.
- Fluency in local language and English to support customer engagement in Kottarakara and surrounding areas.
