Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B.Sc Chemistry graduate to join our team as an

Operations and Quality Control Executive. As part of a dynamic startup with strong expertise in textile chemical chemistries, the candidate will be actively involved in daily production operations, laboratory activities, and quality control processes to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to product standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Perform routine laboratory tests and quality control analyses.

Assist in sample preparation, testing, and documentation for quality assurance.

Monitor production processes and support in maintaining consistency and quality standards.

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.

Record, analyze, and report data accurately to supervisors.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.





Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve operational issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors degree in Chemistry (B.Sc Chemistry).

Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques, production processes, and quality control.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Compensation & Perks

Annual CTC: 2,00,000 - 240000

Festive Bonus: 1-month additional salary (Not included in CTC)

Training & Probation

Probation Period: 6 months

Structured training will be provided during the probation period to develop technical and operational skills.
