Responsibilities

- Managing compliances for the LLPs and Companies
- Prepare Partnership Deed - including retirement and admission deed
- filing forms with various regulators including ICAI, NFRA, IBBI, etc
- Review and drafting of NDAs for engaging with clients of the firm
- internal project management on compliance related aspects.

Requirements

- Handling internal & external stakeholders with solid legal acumen.

- The person must be a CS & LLB graduate passed out from a reputed law college having more than 3 - 4 years of an inhouse experience in a big organization having multi-disciplinary practice elements working within it.
- Having excellent written, presentation and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.
